At Mangalsakhi, we value your trust and strive to ensure that your designer bridal lehengas and sarees reach you in perfect condition and on time. We partner with reliable logistics companies across India to deliver your orders safely.

Delivery timelines

  • Metros & Tier 1 cities: 3–4 working days from dispatch
  • Tier 2, Tier 3, semi-urban & rural areas: 5–7 working days
  • Unforeseen delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or operational disruptions. We always keep you informed.

Shipping charges

  • Charges vary based on order value, location, and promotions.
  • Options include:
    • Free shipping across India
    • Free shipping above a minimum order value, standard fee below that
  • Full order amount refunded if order is cancelled by us, lost, or undelivered in non-serviceable areas.

Order tracking

  • After dispatch, you receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details.
  • Track your order via the “Track Order” section on our website.
  • For issues, contact customer support with your Order ID.

Damaged or tampered parcels

  • Refuse delivery if the parcel is damaged.
  • Ask the courier to mark “damaged/return to sender”.
  • Contact customer support with photos/videos and Order ID.
  • Mangalsakhi will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellation related to shipping

Mangalsakhi may cancel orders in certain cases:

  • Non-serviceable delivery locations
  • Product out of stock or quality issues
  • Payment or verification issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect contact info

Delays and force majeure

Orders may be delayed due to:

  • Strikes or pandemics
