Shipping & Delivery Policy
We value your time and trust in Mangalsakhi and strive to ensure that you receive your ordered products in perfect condition, on or before the committed date. To achieve this, we partner with reliable courier/logistics companies across India.
Delivery timelines
While the exact delivery time depends on your delivery address, you can keep the following general timelines in mind:
- Metros & Tier 1 cities: Typically 3–4 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities, semi-urban & rural areas: Typically 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or operational disruptions), but we will always try our best to keep you informed.
Shipping charges
You can see applicable shipping charges at checkout based on your order value, location, and ongoing promotions.

Pan-India shipping: You may define one of the following for Mangalsakhi:
- Free shipping across India; or
- Free shipping above a minimum order value, with a standard fee below that value.
The full order amount (including any shipping charges) will be refunded if an order is cancelled by us, lost in transit, or undelivered to your location and marked as non-serviceable.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking details and courier partner name.
- You can track your order using the tracking link shared or through the “Track Order” section on our website (if enabled).
- If you face any issues with tracking, you can contact our customer support team with your Order ID.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.
- Refuse to take delivery and ask the courier to mark it as “damaged/return to sender”.
- Immediately contact us at [your support email] or [your support phone] with your Order ID and photos/videos of the parcel.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Cancellation related to shipping
Mangalsakhi reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Non-serviceable delivery location or repeated delivery attempts failed.
- Product out of stock, quality issues at final QC, or other operational constraints.
- Payment or verification issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect address/contact details.
In such cases, any amount collected will be refunded to you within the applicable timelines as per our Refund Policy.
If you wish to cancel your order:
- You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched (whichever is earlier), subject to our cancellation terms.
- To request cancellation, please email us at [your support email] with your Order ID; we may not accept cancellation requests via social media DMs.
Delays and force majeure
Occasionally, due to reasons such as operational issues at the courier’s end, law and order situations, natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events, your order may be delayed.
While we will make reasonable efforts to keep you updated and expedite delivery, Mangalsakhi will not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
International shipping (if applicable)
If Mangalsakhi offers international shipping:
- Delivery timelines and charges will vary based on the destination country and will be shown at checkout.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country will be borne by the customer unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
