Return & Exchange Policy
At Mangalsakhi, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges for bridal lehengas and designer sarees purchased from our website.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns/exchanges are valid only for products purchased from Mangalsakhi official website.
- Customized, altered, “Made to Measure,” or final sale products are not eligible.
How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request
- Email or WhatsApp our customer care within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and product details.
- Share clear product images showing:
- Full garment
- Issue (damage, defect, size problem, wrong product)
- Original tags
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with the next steps.

Pickup & Shipping of Returns
- For serviceable pincodes, we arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partners.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship using any reliable courier with tracking.
- Defective or wrong products: we reimburse standard courier charges on self-shipped returns with a valid invoice.
- Other cases (size issue / change of mind): return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
- Refunds cover only the product value; shipping, COD charges, customs, or duties are non-refundable.

- Original payment method (prepaid orders)
- Store credit/gift voucher
Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on stock availability of the requested size/style.
- If unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
- Products purchased during the sale/offers are eligible only for size exchange or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, altered items
- Items without tags
- Perfume-stained, damaged due to customer handling
Important Notes
- Report any damage, defect, wrong product, or missing item within 48 hours of delivery with product pictures.
- Returns after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
- Mangalsakhi reserves the right to approve or reject any return if the product fails the quality check.
